Turbo Protocol is a suite of 11 programs written in Visual Basic 6.0 
that is designed to track the flow of the Protocols through the Administrative, 
Nursing, Kitchen, and Core Lab of a clinical research center. We have 
divided these programs into three suites each representing a core function.
